I liked all items in my order except the crochet duster. It was cancelled because they ran out. I reordered it again and it came with a large hole in it. I tried to contact customer service numerous times via email and telephone and got no response. Since no one responded to me I spent over $16 at the UPS store to mail back a defective item and then had to turn around and order the same item again, paying over $7 in shipping. I sent it UPS because I know there's a very short window on returns, but here's where better communication would have helped me. I've shopped here for years and spent thousands of dollars with this company and love the things I buy, but they really dropped the ball with this. I'm upset that I had to pay for shipping twice. When they finally got in touch with me the return shipping cost was covered, but again that was too late to help me. The crochet duster ended up costing me close to $100 and even though it's beautiful, it's not worth that. I got a refund on the duster and nothing more.
