We want you to love everything you buy from Angel Heart Boutique! But if something’s not quite right, no worries — we make returns easy.

🛍️ How Returns Work

We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Store credit will be sent via email as a gift card that never expires.

No refunds or exchanges — just store credit so you can shop again at your pace.

Items Eligible for Return

Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

No makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains/odors.

Shoes must be returned in their original box (in good condition).

Final sale items, accessories, leggings, and items purchased at 20%+ discount are not eligible.

📦 Return Shipping Details

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order qualified for free shipping, we’ll deduct the original shipping cost from your store credit.

Processing Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for us to process your return once we receive it.

You’ll get an email confirmation when your store credit has been issued.

Want a different size? We recommend buying it right away to secure it — then return the one that didn’t work. Just let us know, and we’ll make it right.


🚨 Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If something is damaged, missing, or incorrect:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Email photos of the damaged item to support@angelheartboutique.com

Damaged returns must be sent back within 14 days and still have tags attached.

Order Cancellations

All canceled orders will incur a 3% processing fee — this covers what our payment processor charges us when an order is placed (even if canceled).
